Product Description: Over the years I have created lots of different tasty recipes, then one day my creation turned into a curry, it was so funny because my husband said to me, can you remember the recipe to that because it was lovely, I said no! And the more I tried to remember it by going through each ingredient the better my curries seem to get, until my creation turned into the curries that are illustrated in the hot and spicy book in the series 1 of Quick and Easy Recipes. From then on I have stuck to the same basic recipe apart from adding bits and bobs that have not been used in other cooking such as potatoes, peas etc.
Cooking should be fun, I add all sorts of things to foods. Some work well, some not so well and others come out great. I hope you will use my recipes and also modify them and develop your own recipes from them.
Experimenting with foods I have always found interesting. I hope you will too. This collection of hot and spicy recipes covers, chili dishes, curries, spicy pies etc. Nothing too hot or spicy here. Just pleasant tasting foods, where the spices are used to enhance the flavours rather than dominate or overpower them. I include a list of ingredients for each recipe and duplicate the ingredients on a separate page that can easily be used on the Kindle for shopping or, if using a PC or Mac can be printed as a single page of Ingredients.
The book has a full table of contents to make finding ingredients and recipes easy. A glossary of terms for different countries is also included
